Our commitment to you, the customer
We have recently established, and are in the process of developing, a Customer Care Team. This team is trained to offer you customer support services providing information and advice in relation to buying, collecting, owning and servicing your car. Importantly you need not worry that they will try to sell you anything, they are purely there to help. We see their areas of assistance being as follows:-
- they will regularly speak to you throughout the ownership of your vehicle
- will help to arrange appointments
- will put you in contact with a business manager if you require to discuss finance or insurance options
- remind you about your service and MOT requirements
- assist you will any questions on the subject of servicing body repairs etc
- and keep you informed of additional services and special promotions.
The customer care team is on hand to further develop our long term relationship with you, the customer.
