Weir we like to make maintaining your car as simple as possible, that's why our aftersales service are designed to fit around you.

Book a service with us and we will collect your car from your home or place of work and deliver it back to you, free of charge. For your convenience we also offer a priority while you wait service, or a complimentary courtesy car if you need to keep on the move. And we even give each car we service a complimentary valet.

We have a dedicated Customer Care Team who will regularly speak to you throughout the ownership of your vehicle and remind you about services and MOTs and help you make the arrangements. If you bought a Mercedes-Benz or SMART car from us there are a choice of servicing plans available to help you spread the costs.

We aim to provide the same quality and assurance from your aftersales department as you have with your choice of your vehicle. Servicing and repairs are carried out by our professional technicians, who have been trained to the manufacturers exacting standards, and we only use genuine manufacturer approved parts. And you won’t get any nasty surprises with John R. Weir either as the price we quote is the price you’ll pay.

If your car has been in an accident or requires any type of repair work at our dedicated bodyshops in inverness and Perth we have the expertise to carry out repairs on any brand of car, not just Mercedes-Benz, SMART, Kia, Subaru, Isuzu, Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler.We also service and repair commercial vehicles at our dedicated Commercial bodyshop in Dundee and stock a wide range of quality, competitively priced car, van and truck parts.All our Parts Advisors have completed a four-year industry approved apprenticeship, or are working towards this vital certification, so can offer knowledgeable advice on any of the car parts or accessories we sell.
